The Challenge

The original site was functional but minimal—built only to serve a small group of students. It wasn’t designed to support national or global demand. The brand lacked a dedicated identity as a bookstore, and the site experience needed to reflect the professionalism and care behind the curation of titles. At the same time, the store needed the backend infrastructure and marketing systems to support consistent growth, product launches, and campaigns.

We restructured the entire site to reflect the feel of a modern online bookshop—focused, clean, and easy to browse. Each book is positioned with care, and the site is fully optimised for mobile, speed, and clarity across categories in English, Arabic and Urdu.

We repositioned the brand as a mission-driven bookshop: Handpicked English and Arabic titles for Islamic readership. This gave the store a distinct identity—separate from but aligned with the institute—and clarified its value in the market.

We introduced foundational flows and seasonal campaigns around Eid, new releases, and limited-time drops. Every touchpoint was designed to reflect quality, build anticipation, and drive repeat purchases.

We supported new title launches and sales events with paid Meta campaigns and email pushes—creating momentum and visibility. Whether it’s Eid gifting, educational bundles, or rare title drops, each campaign is built around clear intent and aligned with reader demand.
