Our Strategies

We began by refining how KAT Capital communicated their values—transparency, personal service, and Shariah-compliance. Messaging, landing pages, and ad creative were built to reflect this positioning while separating them from common industry clichés.

Meta Ads were launched to capture interest and build awareness. The creative focused on trust, ease, and the unique commercial finance offering. Ad sets were built for multiple personas (first home buyers, refinancers, investors) and ran across Facebook and Instagram with native lead forms.

We implemented a backend system to capture, qualify, and nurture every lead—automating follow-ups, reminders, and pipeline tracking. This ensured a professional, timely client experience from enquiry to application.

We designed a sleek, conversion-focused website that clearly explained their process, pricing, and values—making a strong first impression while supporting ad campaigns and organic traffic.

Results

Over the first $537 in ad spend, KAT Capital generated 51 qualified leads at an average CPL of just $10.54. The campaigns achieved a healthy 3.24% CTR and nearly 1,000 clicks from just 28,627 impressions, validating both creative angles and market demand.
